PRODUCT DEFINITION

Prime Skill LOGIC is a venue-based gaming system built around an informed decision before each individual paid Play. The player can inspect the relevant future-result information at no cost, use a defined calculation to identify the next result, and choose whether to Play, switch, decline, avoid, or reset before committing. The selected result is fixed before the Play and does not change afterward.

Reviewed-system limitation: these mechanics apply only to the exact Prime Skill LOGIC product record described on this page. A different terminal, server build, database, configuration, feature setting, AUTO_START setting, money flow, operating workflow, or later version must be reconciled before it inherits these claims.

THE COMPLETE PLAYER DECISION

Why chance does not determine whether an award is granted

Prime Skill's position rests on the complete player decision, not on a label and not on the appearance of the cabinet.

  1. 01

The relevant result exists before the individual paid Play

Each game-and-stake combination has its own fixed 1,000-result list. The position for that combination persists when the player changes games or stakes. The individual result is fixed before the player initiates the paid Play.

  2. 02

The player can inspect before paying for the inspected result

The Info/? process presents instructions, variables, and future board or result information. The player can inspect that information without paying for the results being inspected.

  3. 03

The next result can be identified

The displayed values are used with X = A/B − C to identify the relevant next result. A calculator may be used. The calculation does not create or rewrite the result. It makes the existing result identifiable before the individual paid commitment.

  4. 04

The player has a real choice before commitment

After inspecting the information, the player can initiate the Play, change the game, change the stake, continue inspecting, decline or avoid the known route, or use Payout/reset. The decision to commit is made after the relevant result can be known.

  5. 05

The result does not change after commitment

Initiating the paid Play does not draw, transform, or replace the selected result. The result fixed before the Play remains the result after commitment.

Taken together, these mechanics support the precise Prime Skill position that chance does not determine whether an award is granted in the exact Prime Skill LOGIC system.

This statement concerns award determination. It does not claim that no random service, balancing process, or upstream technical process exists anywhere in the system. It also does not decide how a particular statute, regulator, prosecutor, or court will classify the exact system in a specific jurisdiction.

The Info/? process is encountered on game entry and after game or stake changes. The system does not technically require the player to reopen Info/? or prove a correct calculation before every repeated paid Play at the same game and stake. Prime Skill does not claim otherwise.

MECHANICAL COMPARISON

Prime Skill LOGIC compared with a conventional chance-based slot model

Decision pointConventional chance-based slot modelPrime Skill LOGIC exact product position
What the player knows before commitmentThe player ordinarily commits without knowing the specific result. The player can inspect the relevant future-result information and identify the next result before the individual paid Play.
Cost of inspecting the relevant resultNo comparable free future-result inspection is assumed. The relevant information can be inspected without paying for the results inspected.
Player action before PlayThe decision is generally whether to play without knowing the specific result. The player can Play, switch game or stake, continue inspecting, decline, avoid, or reset after the result can be identified.
What happens after commitmentThe result is ordinarily resolved through the chance-based play process. The selected result is fixed before the Play and does not change after commitment.
Role of calculationNo comparable identification formula is assumed. The Info/? values and X = A/B − C identify the relevant next result.
Legal effectThe model is described here only to explain the mechanical comparison. The distinction supports Prime Skill's product position, but does not create universal legality, approval, or placement authorization.

Cabinet appearance does not replace analysis of the actual transaction. Prime Skill LOGIC uses reels, game themes, credits, paid stakes, features, and redeemable value. Those facts remain relevant. The mechanical difference is what the player can know and choose before the individual paid Play, and whether the selected result changes afterward.

EVIDENCE BOUNDARY

Evidence, proof, and the exact-build boundary

Prime Skill maintains a version-controlled internal technical record for Prime Skill LOGIC. The record is used to test the product mechanics, software identity, configuration, session behavior, event timing, result persistence, player information path, payout behavior, and logs.

Public claims on this page are deliberately narrower than the full internal record. They are limited to the established mechanics authorized here and must be reconciled against the exact terminal, server-side artifacts, database, configuration, feature settings, and operating workflow before they are used as field claims.

What may be public

  • The exact product position stated on this page.
  • The player decision path and the mechanics described here.
  • The current jurisdiction status directory.
  • Public statutes, court opinions, agency materials, and jurisdiction pages linked below.

What remains nonpublic

  • Proprietary source code and algorithm details.
  • Internal build manifests, hashes, test data, and security-sensitive system information.
  • Private correspondence, regulator communications, and internal litigation or enforcement strategy.
  • Commissioned technical reports, quotations, findings, appendices, badges, or downloads unless separate public-use permission is confirmed.

A technical examination, internal test, or commissioned report is evidence about the materials examined. It is not a government approval, license, court ruling, universal legal opinion, immunity, guarantee of operation, or proof that a later field system is identical.

FOR VENUE OWNERS AND OPERATING PARTNERS

What venue owners and operating partners should expect

A serious Prime Skill review begins with the real unit and the real operating model. It identifies the product version, configuration, premises, municipality, operating parties, cash and credit path, payout control, servicing responsibility, record custody, event logs, and response procedure for an official inquiry.

Prime Skill can explain the exact system, document its product position, and prepare the operating record. A venue agreement cannot bind public authorities or replace the current jurisdiction analysis. This general page does not authorize installation, placement, activation, paid operation, or redemption in any market.

Before relying on a market page, a venue should confirm:

  1. 01The exact jurisdiction and current status shown below.
  2. 02The exact unit, server build, database, configuration, feature settings, and AUTO_START state.
  3. 03The actual ownership, servicing, cash, credit, payout, fee, and revenue structure.
  4. 04The named premises, local rules, licensing facts, and alcohol status.
  5. 05The operating logs, evidence-preservation process, and stop procedure.
  6. 06The owner decision that applies to the proposed conduct.

CURRENT MARKET RECORD

Jurisdiction directory

Prime Skill evaluates markets separately because statutes, judicial tests, enforcement posture, device rules, venue rules, and exact-build requirements differ. The existence of a jurisdiction page does not mean that Prime Skill is approved, available, cleared, or authorized for placement there. Each status below must be read together with the linked page and the exact proposed conduct.

EXAMINE THE EXACT SYSTEM. THEN EXAMINE THE EXACT MARKET.

Prime Skill LOGIC should be evaluated through the mechanics a player actually encounters, the evidence tied to the exact build, and the current law and operating status of the proposed market. Start with the product record. Continue with the jurisdiction page. Make the operating decision on the complete facts.

Prime Skill's documented product position is that chance does not determine whether an award is granted in the exact Prime Skill LOGIC system. This page explains that position, the supporting mechanics, evidence boundaries, and current jurisdiction statuses. It is not legal advice, government approval, a license, a court ruling, universal legal clearance, a guarantee of legality or results, placement authorization, or operating authorization. Product version, exact build, configuration, AUTO_START state, venue, municipality, money flow, payout structure, operating roles, and later legal or enforcement developments may change the analysis. Review the current jurisdiction page before any market decision.
