MICHIGAN LEGAL STATUS
Prime Skill LOGIC does not use chance to decide whether an individual paid Play receives an award. The next award value is fixed before commitment, can be identified for free, and can be avoided by choosing a different game or stake or by declining to Play.
Under Prime Skill's reading of Michigan law, LOGIC is not gambling on the chance element because the player can identify and avoid a fixed result before the paid Play. MCL 750.303 also addresses a game of skill used for gaming for hire, gain or reward, so the Michigan page examines that separate device question.
This page states Prime Skill's current Michigan operating position. It is not a government approval, a license, or legal advice to a venue or player.
MECHANISM WALKTHROUGH
The result display may use familiar game presentation, but presentation does not decide the award. In the reviewed LOGIC design, the award path works as follows:
Each game and stake has its own 1,000-result list. The list content and its position persist under the reviewed system rules.
Before committing value, the player can open Info, inspect the displayed figures, and calculate X = A / B - C to identify the next list position and award value. No paid Play is required to perform that inspection.
The player can inspect another game or stake, decline to Play, or use Payout and reset. The award is not changed after the player commits.
The reviewed design includes an Extra Game in which successful performance can recover value after a losing Play. That feature is separate from the already fixed award for the original Play.
These statements describe the reviewed Prime Skill LOGIC mechanism. The current production build, interface, configuration, logs, remote permissions, and every active game must match the reviewed evidence before any product statement can be treated as exact-build proof.

Michigan's ordinary-venue issue is broader than chance. The state statute expressly includes a game of skill used for hire, gain, or reward.
STATE LAW FRAMEWORK
Prime's no-chance mechanism matters to accurate product description and to any statute that requires chance. It does not override a Michigan provision that separately reaches skill gaming for hire, gain, or reward.

No published Michigan appellate decision applying these laws to the exact Prime Skill LOGIC mechanism was located. That exact-case answer is BRAK WIEDZY.
OFFICIAL ADVERSE POSITION

The Michigan Attorney General's February 5, 2025 consumer alert (opens source in a new tab) states that casino-style machines described as skill games may still be illegal when outcomes use preset percentages or random-number generators. The alert also warns against misleading legality claims.
Prime does not adopt that description as a fact about LOGIC. The alert did not analyze Prime's exact fixed, freely knowable, and avoidable award mechanism. It is included because it is the state's current public enforcement position and affects operational risk.
ENFORCEMENT REALITY
The MGCB 2025 Annual Report (opens source in a new tab) reports warning letters to 93 businesses, removal of 199 machines after warnings, and 498 machines seized in joint operations with the Department of Attorney General.

Those releases do not establish that the cited machines used Prime's exact mechanics. They do establish a current ordinary-venue enforcement channel involving warnings, removal, warrants, seizure, prosecution, and liquor-premises risk.
VENUE AND OPERATOR SECTION
An ordinary commercial venue should not host, activate, service, fund, redeem, advertise, or permit operation of the current cash-in and redeemable-payout configuration.
The result does not change because:
Alcohol notice: A bar, restaurant, club, or other liquor licensee also faces separate Michigan Liquor Control Commission consequences. Gambling exposure can affect both the machine case and the premises license.
Personnel notice: Owners, distributors, service personnel, venue managers, cashiers, payout staff, and others who knowingly advance the operation may face different theories based on their actual conduct. A player's exact criminal exposure depends on the charged statute and facts; it is not presented here as automatic.
