PRIME SKILL LOGIC | PRODUCT POSITION AND MARKET STATUS

# KNOW THE RESULT BEFORE YOU CHOOSE TO PLAY

Prime Skill LOGIC changes the decision at the center of paid Play. In the exact system described here, the individual result is fixed before the paid Play. The player can inspect the relevant future-result information at no cost, use a defined calculation to identify the next result, and choose whether to Play, switch, continue inspecting, decline, avoid, or reset before committing. The selected result does not change after the Play begins.

Prime Skill's documented product position is that chance does not determine whether an award is granted in the exact Prime Skill LOGIC system.

This is a product position tied to exact mechanics and exact-build evidence. It is not a universal legal conclusion, government approval, placement authorization, or statement that every jurisdiction treats the system the same way.

PRODUCT DEFINITION

Prime Skill LOGIC is a venue-based gaming system built around an informed decision before each individual paid Play. The player can inspect the relevant future-result information at no cost, use a defined calculation to identify the next result, and choose whether to Play, switch, decline, avoid, or reset before committing. The selected result is fixed before the Play and does not change afterward.

Reviewed-system limitation: these mechanics apply only to the exact Prime Skill LOGIC product record described on this page. A different terminal, server build, database, configuration, feature setting, AUTO_START setting, money flow, operating workflow, or later version must be reconciled before it inherits these claims.

THE COMPLETE PLAYER DECISION

## Why chance does not determine whether an award is granted

Prime Skill's position rests on the complete player decision, not on a label and not on the appearance of the cabinet.

- 01

### The relevant result exists before the individual paid Play

Each game-and-stake combination has its own fixed 1,000-result list. The position for that combination persists when the player changes games or stakes. The individual result is fixed before the player initiates the paid Play.

- 02

### The player can inspect before paying for the inspected result

The Info/? process presents instructions, variables, and future board or result information. The player can inspect that information without paying for the results being inspected.

- 03

### The next result can be identified

The displayed values are used with X = A/B − C to identify the relevant next result. A calculator may be used. The calculation does not create or rewrite the result. It makes the existing result identifiable before the individual paid commitment.

- 04

### The player has a real choice before commitment

After inspecting the information, the player can initiate the Play, change the game, change the stake, continue inspecting, decline or avoid the known route, or use Payout/reset. The decision to commit is made after the relevant result can be known.

- 05

### The result does not change after commitment

Initiating the paid Play does not draw, transform, or replace the selected result. The result fixed before the Play remains the result after commitment.

Taken together, these mechanics support the precise Prime Skill position that chance does not determine whether an award is granted in the exact Prime Skill LOGIC system.

This statement concerns award determination. It does not claim that no random service, balancing process, or upstream technical process exists anywhere in the system. It also does not decide how a particular statute, regulator, prosecutor, or court will classify the exact system in a specific jurisdiction.

The Info/? process is encountered on game entry and after game or stake changes. The system does not technically require the player to reopen Info/? or prove a correct calculation before every repeated paid Play at the same game and stake. Prime Skill does not claim otherwise.

MECHANICAL COMPARISON

## Prime Skill LOGIC compared with a conventional chance-based slot model

| Decision point | Conventional chance-based slot model | Prime Skill LOGIC exact product position |
| --- | --- | --- |
| What the player knows before commitment | The player ordinarily commits without knowing the specific result. | The player can inspect the relevant future-result information and identify the next result before the individual paid Play. |
| Cost of inspecting the relevant result | No comparable free future-result inspection is assumed. | The relevant information can be inspected without paying for the results inspected. |
| Player action before Play | The decision is generally whether to play without knowing the specific result. | The player can Play, switch game or stake, continue inspecting, decline, avoid, or reset after the result can be identified. |
| What happens after commitment | The result is ordinarily resolved through the chance-based play process. | The selected result is fixed before the Play and does not change after commitment. |
| Role of calculation | No comparable identification formula is assumed. | The Info/? values and X = A/B − C identify the relevant next result. |
| Legal effect | The model is described here only to explain the mechanical comparison. | The distinction supports Prime Skill's product position, but does not create universal legality, approval, or placement authorization. |

Cabinet appearance does not replace analysis of the actual transaction. Prime Skill LOGIC uses reels, game themes, credits, paid stakes, features, and redeemable value. Those facts remain relevant. The mechanical difference is what the player can know and choose before the individual paid Play, and whether the selected result changes afterward.

EVIDENCE BOUNDARY

## Evidence, proof, and the exact-build boundary

Prime Skill maintains a version-controlled internal technical record for Prime Skill LOGIC. The record is used to test the product mechanics, software identity, configuration, session behavior, event timing, result persistence, player information path, payout behavior, and logs.

Public claims on this page are deliberately narrower than the full internal record. They are limited to the established mechanics authorized here and must be reconciled against the exact terminal, server-side artifacts, database, configuration, feature settings, and operating workflow before they are used as field claims.

### What may be public

- The exact product position stated on this page.

- The player decision path and the mechanics described here.

- The current jurisdiction status directory.

- Public statutes, court opinions, agency materials, and jurisdiction pages linked below.

### What remains nonpublic

- Proprietary source code and algorithm details.

- Internal build manifests, hashes, test data, and security-sensitive system information.

- Private correspondence, regulator communications, and internal litigation or enforcement strategy.

- Commissioned technical reports, quotations, findings, appendices, badges, or downloads unless separate public-use permission is confirmed.

A technical examination, internal test, or commissioned report is evidence about the materials examined. It is not a government approval, license, court ruling, universal legal opinion, immunity, guarantee of operation, or proof that a later field system is identical.

FOR VENUE OWNERS AND OPERATING PARTNERS

## What venue owners and operating partners should expect

A serious Prime Skill review begins with the real unit and the real operating model. It identifies the product version, configuration, premises, municipality, operating parties, cash and credit path, payout control, servicing responsibility, record custody, event logs, and response procedure for an official inquiry.

Prime Skill can explain the exact system, document its product position, and prepare the operating record. A venue agreement cannot bind public authorities or replace the current jurisdiction analysis. This general page does not authorize installation, placement, activation, paid operation, or redemption in any market.

Before relying on a market page, a venue should confirm:

- 01The exact jurisdiction and the local analysis shown below.

- 02The exact unit, server build, database, configuration, feature settings, and AUTO_START state.

- 03The actual ownership, servicing, cash, credit, payout, fee, and revenue structure.

- 04The named premises, local rules, licensing facts, and alcohol status.

- 05The operating logs, evidence-preservation process, and stop procedure.

- 06The owner decision that applies to the proposed conduct.

CURRENT MARKET RECORD

## Jurisdiction directory

Prime Skill evaluates the exact LOGIC mechanics under the law of each market. Every entry begins with our conclusion on the role of chance, followed by the local facts and operating questions explained on the state page.

### Pennsylvania

Reading Pennsylvania law against the exact mechanics, Prime Skill's position is that LOGIC is not gambling because chance does not decide whether an award is granted.

The Pennsylvania page keeps the current court decision update at the top and will be updated when the government takes its next step.

[VIEW PENNSYLVANIA STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/pennsylvania)

### Ontario

Prime Skill understands Ontario law to place LOGIC outside gambling where the award is fixed and chance does not determine whether the player receives it.

The Ontario page records the present legal analysis and the evidence still being gathered before rollout.

[VIEW ONTARIO STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/ontario)

### Wisconsin

Under Prime Skill's reading of Wisconsin law, LOGIC is not gambling because the award is fixed before the paid Play and chance does not determine whether it is granted.

The Wisconsin page maps the controlling law, technical evidence, DOR response and preparation required before placement.

[VIEW WISCONSIN STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/wisconsin)

### Kansas

Prime Skill's reading of Kansas law is that LOGIC is not gambling because the player can identify a fixed result before committing and chance does not award the prize.

The Kansas page explains the conditions for a controlled first pilot, including AUTO_START OFF and the proposed venue structure.

[VIEW KANSAS STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/kansas)

### Tennessee

Applied to Tennessee law, the documented LOGIC mechanics support Prime Skill's position that the system is not gambling because chance does not control the award.

The Tennessee page connects the product mechanics to state law and identifies the build, venue and money flow facts that still need confirmation.

[VIEW TENNESSEE STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/tennessee)

### Missouri

Prime Skill reads Missouri law to distinguish LOGIC from gambling because the next award is already fixed, identifiable and unaffected by chance at the paid Play decision.

The Missouri page compares LOGIC with the Torch record and documents the mechanical differences, including AUTO_START OFF.

[VIEW MISSOURI STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/missouri)

### Texas

Under Prime Skill's understanding of Texas law, LOGIC is not gambling because the award follows a known, fixed result rather than a result determined by chance.

The Texas page sets out the exact build record and the venue conditions Prime reviews before deciding on rollout.

[VIEW TEXAS STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/texas)

### North Carolina

Prime Skill's reading of North Carolina law is that LOGIC is not gambling because chance does not determine whether an award is granted in the exact system.

North Carolina also regulates paid devices and redemption separately, so the state page analyzes that issue on its own terms.

[VIEW NORTH CAROLINA STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/north-carolina)

### New York

Prime Skill understands New York's chance test to place LOGIC outside gambling because the exact system fixes the award before Play and chance does not decide whether it is granted.

The New York page presents the proof required before any operational decision, with AUTO_START remaining off.

[VIEW NEW YORK STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/new-york)

### Minnesota

Under Prime Skill's reading of Minnesota law, LOGIC is not gambling on the chance question because the exact system does not use chance to determine the award.

The Minnesota page explains how the current cash accepting and redeemable configuration interacts with the state's separate device rules.

[VIEW MINNESOTA STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/minnesota)

### Maine

Prime Skill's reading of Maine law treats LOGIC as a nongambling skill system because the result can be known before commitment and chance does not grant the award.

The Maine page outlines the remaining field build, venue and operating evidence needed before launch.

[VIEW MAINE STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/maine)

### New Hampshire

Applied to New Hampshire law, Prime Skill's documented mechanics support the conclusion that LOGIC is not gambling because chance does not control the award.

The New Hampshire page explains both the direct product analysis and the separate regulated market route.

[VIEW NEW HAMPSHIRE STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/new-hampshire)

### California

Prime Skill understands California law to distinguish LOGIC from gambling on the award question because the exact system fixes the result before the paid Play.

California applies additional device rules to cash accepting and cash redeemable machines, which the state page examines separately from chance.

[VIEW CALIFORNIA STATUS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/california)

### Florida

Prime Skill reads Florida law to distinguish LOGIC from gambling on the chance element because the award is fixed and identifiable before the paid Play.

The Florida page also examines the state's broader device rules and the configuration path Prime is developing for that market.

[VIEW FLORIDA ANALYSIS](https://www.skillcabinet.com/florida)

### Alabama

Under Prime Skill's reading of Alabama law, LOGIC is not gambling because chance does not determine whether the award is granted in the exact system.

The Alabama page applies the product mechanics to the state's rules for ordinary commercial venues and keeps AUTO_START off.

[Alabama: Prime Skill LOGIC legal analysis](https://www.skillcabinet.com/alabama)

### Michigan

Prime Skill reads Michigan law to place LOGIC outside gambling on the chance element because the player can identify the fixed award before committing to Play.

The Michigan page separates the no chance product position from the state's treatment of the current cash accepting and redeemable configuration.

QUESTIONS AND BOUNDARIES

## Frequently asked questions

What is Prime Skill LOGIC?+

Prime Skill LOGIC is a venue-based gaming system built around an informed decision before each individual paid Play. The player can inspect the relevant future-result information at no cost, use X = A/B − C to identify the next result, and choose whether to Play, switch, continue inspecting, decline, avoid, or reset before committing. The selected result is fixed before the Play and does not change afterward.

Does chance determine whether an award is granted?+

Prime Skill's documented product position is that chance does not determine whether an award is granted in the exact Prime Skill LOGIC system. The position is tied to the complete mechanics and exact-build evidence described on this page. It is not a standalone slogan, a claim that no random process exists anywhere in the system, or a universal legal conclusion.

Does the player know the result before the individual paid Play?+

The relevant future-result information can be inspected without paying for the results inspected. The Info/? values and X = A/B − C identify the relevant next result. The player can then choose whether to Play, switch, continue inspecting, decline, avoid, or reset before committing.

Must the player solve the calculation correctly before every Play?+

No. Info/? is encountered on game entry and after game or stake changes, but the system does not technically require the player to reopen Info/? or prove a correct calculation before every repeated paid Play at the same game and stake. Prime Skill does not claim that it does.

Is Prime Skill LOGIC legal in every state or province?+

Every jurisdiction applies its own statutes, cases, device rules, enforcement posture and procedural framework. Product version, configuration, venue, money flow, payout, AUTO_START state and operating roles can also change the analysis. Use the jurisdiction directory and the complete state page for a market-specific decision.

Does a fixed or predetermined result automatically make the system legal?+

No. A fixed result is one relevant fact. The full analysis also considers when the result is created, what the player can inspect, whether the result can be identified without paying for the inspected result, what choices exist before commitment, whether the result changes afterward, how value is handled, and the controlling law of the jurisdiction.

Is Prime Skill LOGIC approved or licensed by a government agency?+

No government approval, license, clearance, or certification is represented by this page. Technical evidence and regulator communication do not become approval merely because they exist.

Does an internal or commissioned technical report prove legality?+

No. Technical evidence can support product facts for the exact materials examined. It is not a government approval, court ruling, universal legal opinion, immunity, placement authorization, or proof that a different field build is identical.

Does a jurisdiction page mean the system is available for installation there?+

No. A page documents the current record and status. It does not itself authorize placement, installation, activation, paid operation, redemption, or rollout.

Why do jurisdiction statuses differ?+

The product mechanics are evaluated against different statutes, judicial tests, enforcement records, device definitions, venue rules, and procedural risks. Some jurisdictions also create separate barriers that do not depend entirely on the chance question. A responsible market position must preserve those differences.

## EXAMINE THE EXACT SYSTEM. THEN EXAMINE THE EXACT MARKET.

Prime Skill LOGIC should be evaluated through the mechanics a player actually encounters, the evidence tied to the exact build, and the current law and operating status of the proposed market. Start with the product record. Continue with the jurisdiction page. Make the operating decision on the complete facts.

[REVIEW PRIME SKILL LOGIC](https://www.skillcabinet.com/#product) [SELECT A JURISDICTION](https://www.skillcabinet.com/legal#jurisdictions)

Prime Skill's documented product position is that chance does not determine whether an award is granted in the exact Prime Skill LOGIC system. This page explains that position, the supporting mechanics, evidence boundaries, and current jurisdiction statuses. It is not legal advice, government approval, a license, a court ruling, universal legal clearance, a guarantee of legality or results, placement authorization, or operating authorization. Product version, exact build, configuration, AUTO_START state, venue, municipality, money flow, payout structure, operating roles, and later legal or enforcement developments may change the analysis. Review the current jurisdiction page before any market decision.
